Serafine Janice Lilien MS in Human Factors and Ergonomics from SJSU, has taught ergonomics classes, and performed ergonomic evaluations for many different Bay Area companies.
Serafine has prevented employee injury, helped return injured employees to work, and brought companies into compliance with Cal
OSHA standards. Her mission is to maintain the health and well being of workers through teaching, training, and education.
She is a member of BayChi and the Bay Area Ergonomic Roundtable and has a Bachelor’s degree in medical illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
